Spreading God´s love in Peru

As promised, here are some pictures!

On our way to the waterfall! Our amigo, Daniel led the way for us!

Andie and Eric, our fearless guides who led us to Collana

Maura Poma, the best baker in the entire town of Collana

The class in Collana who we taught the story of Zacchaeus to

                                                              Augustine. Nuff said

Church service in Collana. We taught them ´this little light of mine´ and did the skit of the Golden Calf.

Today was a day spent mostly with the children. It began with a quick visit to the school where we had fun hanging out with the kids during their recess. For some reason they really love being spun around again and again and again and again....  I´m still dizzy from it.

After the school we went back to the soccer court to teach some of these Peruvians a lesson in Soccer. Once again, we were completly schooled. We´re sure that some of these kids learned to play soccer before they learned to talk.

After playing soccer we met up with some kids at the church where we taught them American games such as Red Rover and red light/green light. We had a blast teaching the kids these games but they somehow found a way to cheat everytime we played. Kids will be kids I guess.

For dinner, we sampled a local dish known as anticucho, otherwise known as heart. Despite all odd we all really enjoyed it....the cow stomach was another story...

....We have now been without a churro sighting for a week. Dillusion has set in as we begin to smell churros wherever we go. But we do have good news! We know know where the churro guy is from. We will send a search party out in the morning...
