The two groups that were sent to the villages a couple days ago are back. The trips were a great success! They were able to share the gospel with many. Matt, Hayley, and Jared taught bible stories to the children in Collana, participated in a cultural dance class, and held a prayer meeting with the village´s local pastor, Juan. In this meeting, there were several people who expressed great interest in inviting Christ in their hearts! Praise God! Robert, Sally, and Patrick helped the farmers in Marachanca husk corn while sharing bible stories with them. One conversation they had about Christ lasted almost 3 hours! The rest of our team will be going back to these villages next week so keep praying that the people of Collana and Marachanca will be open to hearing the gospel even more.
